Aquaphobia

Original poem written by J.A.R

“The dew from the plant falls from its leaf

Drops to the ground and soaks up the roots

Condensation leads to fog and fog does clog- it boggles the mind

From the rooftop, it rolls down leaking its residue

To the window, down it goes

Stops in its tracks, then takes another route

Before it's too late, it evaporates

Sharp inhales and tense bodies,

that which causes hearts to race

But when it stops-- freezes…

Inner peace

Clouds are unaware while the ground say their goodbyes

It continues to rain and water bounces off the umbrella”
